Satan Has To Ask For Permission | 1 Minute Daily Message
Minister Angela Ballard
Zion Baptist Church Noonday Bible Study
So, we may go through some things, but just like Job, God said, “You can’t kill him, okay, he’s mine.” He said, “You can do this, this, this, and this, but he belongs to me,” and so we know that Satan has to ask permission, right? First of all, to even do whatever kind of damage he’s trying to do in order to get us to stop believing, okay? He wants to destroy our faith. He wants to make our lives so miserable through pain and depression, exhaustion, and just being plain, old tired of all of it. He wants to destroy our faith in God. Nonbelievers already belonged to him, but when you say yes to Jesus and receive him as your Lord and savior and put all your trust and vulnerabilities in Christ, the enemy is coming in every way possible that he can to destroy that.
